Abstract:

This research paper presents an in-depth descriptive analysis of Nykaa, examining how the brand has revolutionized the beauty e-commerce industry by integrating innovative technological solutions. The study highlights Nykaa’s strategic use of cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), augmented reality (AR), big data analytics, and omnichannel retailing to elevate the customer experience and redefine the beauty shopping paradigm. By leveraging AI, Nykaa delivers highly personalized product recommendations, enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales through tailored, data-driven insights.
