Abstract:

The purpose of this study was to investigate the anxiety and depression experienced by married women who are employed and those who are not. They have numerous roles in everyone's life, but when they become a "mother," their other identities start to take a backseat. However, this does not mean that their previous responsibilities disappear. In India, women are primarily responsible for their children, regardless of whether they continue working.
