Abstract:

The digital age demands robust cybersecurity measures to protect organizations from the escalating threat landscape. To safeguard sensitive data and maintain stakeholder confidence, cybersecurity must be a strategic imperative. Security analysts face the daunting task of sifting through vast volumes of data, including intrusion alerts and network logs, to identify emerging threats. Effective situation awareness (SA) is crucial for understanding the evolving threat landscape and enabling proactive defense strategies. To counter the sophisticated tactics employed by cyber attackers, a proactive defense approach is essential. By anticipating and disrupting adversary actions at early stages of the attack lifecycle, organizations can significantly reduce the risk of successful breaches.
