Abstract:

The research aims to measure professional performance according to the cooperative learning strategy among art education teachers in the preparatory stage in the General Directorate of Education in Al-Qadisiyah. The research problem in this topic lies in the current research to answer the following question: - What is the level of professional performance according to the cooperative learning strategy among art education teachers in the preparatory stage? Junior high? The researcher used the descriptive approach in the style of survey and comparative studies, and the research community reached (548) teachers of art education in the General Directorate of Education in Al-Qadisiyah, while the research sample reached (200) teachers of art education. The sample constituted a percentage of (36.49%) of the research community. A sample of (40) teachers was selected for the exploratory experiment, which constituted a percentage of (7.29%) from the non-research sample.
