Author Name: Sharda;
Abstract
Language is one of the most important tools of communication and learning in education. In a diverse and multilingual country like India, regional languages play a significant role in improving educational understanding, preserving cultural identity, and ensuring equal opportunities for all learners. Inclusive communication helps create a learning environment where students from different linguistic, cultural, and social backgrounds can participate effectively. The use of regional languages in teaching enhances comprehension, confidence, and classroom participation, especially among students from rural and marginalised communities. This research paper discusses the importance of regional languages, the concept of inclusive communication, the benefits of multilingual education, challenges faced in implementation, and recommendations for promoting inclusive educational practices. The paper also highlights the role of technology and educational policies in strengthening multilingual and inclusive learning systems.
