Abstract:
This quantitative correlational study examined the relationship between teacher preparedness and technology integration among 31 private high school teachers. Despite measuring high levels of preparedness (x¯ = 4.11) and integration (x¯ = 4.15) across seven domains, no statistically significant relationship was found, likely due to a ceiling effect reducing data variability. These findings suggest that digital competence alone does not guarantee effective classroom usage, emphasising the need for schools to prioritise systemic supports–such as infrastructure and administrative backing–over basic skills training
