Abstract

 
Numerical analysis is a fundamental branch of mathematics that focuses on developing algorithms for obtaining approximate solutions to complex mathematical problems. With the rapid advancement of computational power, numerical methods have become essential tools in scientific computing, engineering, physics, and other disciplines. This paper presents an overview of numerical analysis, including its historical development, key methods, error analysis, and modern applications. We also discuss current challenges and emerging trends in the field.
